If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact us for a password change or new account creation.

Notices regarding system changes, offers, promotions, giveaway winnings, bonus entries, and operation changes are available via the Lucky Timmy Sweepstakes website. Winnings from giveaways must be claimed within 48 hours of notice. Failure to claim within the designated timeframe will result in a loss of those winnings.

Lucky Timmy Sweepstakes has the right to deactivate or put a temporary hold on your account for the following reasons.

• Inactivity more than 12 months if the winnings are less than $10.
• Inactivity more than 24 months if the winnings are more than $10.
• Permanent suspension is possible due to vulgar and harassing behavior towards any Lucky Timmy Sweepstakes team member, scamming, payment disputes, and any method related to the suspension reasons.

Lucky Timmy Sweepstakes is not responsible for any loss of entries, bonuses, credits, spins or other in game comp/promo due to technical malfunction, political disturbance, service disruptions, lagging, glitching, or technical downtime.
